Educator Mastermind Group
Join us for an Educator Mastermind – a group coaching container for educators. (You might be an educator in a classroom, or perhaps you are a coach, consultant, or trainer who educates in other ways.)
This group us for anyone interested in, or working at, the intersection of social impact, systems, and innovation or anyone who cares about how we educate in complexity.
These are complex times. We need educators who can engage with, and help others understand, that complexity. And with the pressures on educators increasing, we need each other more than ever.
This offering includes six group coaching sessions plus a 45 minute 1:1 coaching sessions for each participant. The group sessions meet on Thursdays at 9-10:30am Mountain Time.

We ran this course in partnership with the Waters Center for Systems Thinking this spring, and it’s come back this fall!
We are living in complex times, and complex times require leadership tools for complexity. Our old tools of linear management are no longer fit for service. We all need a leadership upgrade. Join us, to kickstart yours.
This 5-week online course will be part introduction to systems and social innovation tools and mindsets and part self-reflection and leadership program. Each of the online sessions will start with an introduction to a systems or social innovation tool followed by a chance to use that tool to reflect on your own life. You might use the tool in the context of your work, or you might apply it to your wider life experience, as you see fit. If you are looking to better understand systems tools or reflect on your life in a systemic way, then this course is for you, and if you are psyched to do both, then welcome to the cohort!
